Business License

A business license is a certificate issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce to an industrial and commercial enterprise or a self-employed person to permit them to engage in a certain production or business activity. Its format shall be uniformly prescribed by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. The registered items are: name, address, responsible person, amount of capital, economic composition, business scope, mode of business, number of employees, term of business, etc.
